The grade 11 shevet weekend took place in Chicago, IL. We travelled with a bus full of grade 11’s, and met groups from Detroit, Cleveland and Chicago. The theme of the shabbaton was Torah VAvodah, and motzei shabbat everyone enjoyed a scavenger hunt in the mall, a channukah party and a performance by the Aliyah comedian, David Kimlick. On the drive home, we stopped in London, ON to daven shacharit and were greeted with a gourmet breakfast prepared by the local Chabad Rabbi.
